Genesis Civils was establsihed in the beginning of 2009, in Port Elizabeth. The first contract awarded was the civil infrastructure and gatehouse for the Sardinia Bay Golf and Wildlife Estate (R 23 million), an up market residential estate in the western periphary of Port Elizabeth. This development company was established by Nick Howcroft and Kevin Eke as partners and directors, with it's main line of expertise being civil construction, home building, estate development project management and estate maintenance. To date Royalston has completed numerous ventures, and is currently responsible for the Royalston Exculsive Residential Estate and Private Game Reserve project in Port Elizabeth. Genesis Civils heads up the civil infrastructure, project management, estate maitenance and is the lead home building developer on this massive project.
